Temporary Job Offer - Visa Assistant
6 months, effective April 2025
The Royal Danish Embassy in Riyadh is offering on a temporary basis (6 months during peak season, effective April 2025) two positions of full-time visa assistants.
Job description
• Receiving and careful checking of Schengen visa and residence permit applications
• Registering applications in relevant IT systems
• Other tasks in connection with visa matters (telephone/e-mail inquiries, filing, translations).
Requirements
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Flexibility
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Accomplished IT skills
• Knowledge of the Schengen visa rules is an advantage.
Employment conditions
• Full-time temporary employment contract position based on the Staff Rules of the Embassy
• Standard working hours 40 hours per week
• Paid holiday accumulated by 2.08 days per month
• Salary will reflect qualifications, relevant experience and proven work-related results.
