Please note:

1. In peak travel periods, particularly around Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha, applications submitted at short notice will not, as a rule, be prioritised ahead of applications that have been submitted in time. Make sure you apply well in advance.

2. Our peak season is currently from April through September. During this period we recommend that applications are submitted to VFS minimum 4 weeks in advance to ensure the application is processed in time.

3. Applications are only accepted within 6 months of the requested date of arrival.

4. Applications made outside of Riyadh take 1-2 days longer to arrive and send from and to the Embassy. If you apply in Jeddah, Khobar or Manama, please take this into consideration.
